Xylan

Xylan, an organic barrier coating developed in multiple colours and coating thicknesses for extreme salt spray resistance in environments such as the ones experienced by automotive componenets and offshore pipelines.

Specialist Service Offerings

Dip Spin 5200 Xylan 5200 is an organic barrier protection applied by dip spin techniques developed for use in automotive fastener applications. It is available in black and blue and produces repeatable torque values with high salt spray resistance.
Spray 1070 Xylan 1070 is an organic barrier protection specified by the oil and gas industries, applied by spray techniques giving coating deposits in excess of 30 microns. Xylan 1070 can also be applied over more conventional Zinc sacrificial protection such as Sherardizing or Zinc Electroplating. Xylan 1070 is available in a wide range of colours for such applications as stud bolting and value bodies.
